Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Isopaa Mfer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Karel Sup!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sup is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mfer.
Mfer looks to land a left hand but Sup moved out of range nicely.

Mfer falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Sup to counter with a crisp jab.
Sup shoots for a takedown but Mfer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mfer misses with an uppercut.

Mfer rushes Sup and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Sup turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sup manages to end up in side control.

Mfer has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Sup has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
