Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Whitplay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruin Yuz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mike Whitplay has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mike Whitplay seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitplay throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Whitplay misses with a straight left.

Yuz throws a left that rocks Whitplay and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Yuz dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Whitplay regain composure!

It looks like Mike Whitplay has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Whitplay tries to improve position but can't.

Yuz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Whitplay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Whitplay regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Yuz.
Yuz postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Whitplay wants to stand and escape but Yuz is having none of it.

Yuz wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Whitplay's closed guard. He's half up but Whitplay has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Whitplay pivots and extends the arm, Yuz falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Whitplay! Well done that man!
