PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Owen Brown (ranked 5674 p4p, 4778 weight class) and Gerald Gordeau (ranked 591 p4p, 522 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Brown scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brown chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gordeau can pounce on him.

Gordeau lands a big head kick that sends Brown tumbling to the mat! Gordeau takes a step backwards and waves Brown back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Brown on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Brown digs a right hand underneath Gordeau's ribcage. Gordeau let out a lung full of air as it connected.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Owen Brown will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brown lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gordeau has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gordeau and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
A nice side step and Gordeau releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Owen Brown.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Brown, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
