Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Banner (ranked 2809 p4p, 3278 weight class) and Tallulah Begaye (ranked 291 p4p, 340 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Banner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tallulah Begaye!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner with a nice cross.
Banner scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Begaye moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Begaye has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Begaye's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Banner connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Begaye scrambles back to his feet.
Banner scores with the left hand. Begaye knows he should have avoided that one.
Banner cracks Begaye with a right hand to the side of the head.

Begaye looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Begaye throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Begaye throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Begaye thows a huge punch but Banner dodges it nicely.

Banner pushes Begaye off and gets back to his feet.
Banner lands with a straight right. Begaye didn't see that one coming.
Banner connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Banner throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Banner lands a lovely overhand right.
Banner fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Begaye has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Banner has managed to clinch.
Begaye is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Banner gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Banner unloads a knee to the mid-section. Begaye lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Banner lands a shoulder strike.

Banner breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Banner digs a good body shot into Begaye's ribs.
Banner scores with a hook to the body. Begaye takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Begaye looks winded!
Banner lands with a cross.
Banner connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Begaye's hands.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bruce Banner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A right-left combo lands from Banner.
Banner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Begaye tries to avoid it but Banner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Begaye to the ground. Begaye escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A punch lands to the side of Begaye 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Banner connects with an inside leg kick.
Begaye takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Begaye fails to land with a series of punches.
Begaye takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Begaye stuffs the takedown attempt from Banner. Banner gets slowly back to his feet.
Begaye changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Banner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Banner fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Banner connects with the punch.

Banner clinches up with Begaye and pushes him back against the cage.
Begaye goes for a takedown attempt but Banner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Banner darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Banner stuns Begaye with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Banner clobbers Begaye with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Banner slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Begaye takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Begaye takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Banner pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Begaye back to the cage. Banner follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Banner moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Banner scores with a jab. Begaye acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Banner bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Begaye's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Begaye drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Banner lands with a right hand.

Begaye is rocked!

Banner moves into range and clinches up with Begaye.
Begaye is still on wobbly legs! Can Banner finish him?

Banner scores with a hook to the body.
Begaye seems to have recovered his senses.
Banner pushes Begaye back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
A short uppercut from Banner.

Banner breaks the clinch.
Banner dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Begaye tries to sprawl but Banner drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Banner is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Banner in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Begaye tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Banner!
