Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Thompson (ranked 1511 p4p, 2087 weight class) and Randall Dean (ranked 216 p4p, 282 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jackson Thompson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jackson Thompson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Randall Dean!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson lands a jab to the nose.

It looks like Randall Dean has been cut.
Thompson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dean scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Thompson throws a looping overhand right but Dean ducks down to avoid it.
Dean swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Thompson misses the target.
Thompson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Sprawl N Brawl in the buildup to the fight.
Thompson throws a poor cross that misses
and Dean connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Thompson sends Dean crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Thompson is motioning to the referee to let Dean up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Dean is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dean drops his hands momentarily. Thompson doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Dean staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Dean doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jackson Thompson!
Jackson Thompson looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Can you feel that? What an incredible night!
