The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patterson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Patterson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Patterson wants to clinch.
Patterson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Patterson.

Yuuu gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Patterson wants to get back to striking at distance but Yuuu won't allow it.
Yuuu landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Yuuu breaks from the clinch.
Patterson slips a jab and a cross from Yuuu.
Yuuu moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Yuuu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Patterson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yuuu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Yuuu closes the distance and pushes Patterson back into the cage.

Yuuu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Yuuu throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Yuuu throws a quick inside leg kick.
Patterson is breathing heavily.
Patterson throws a lazy right hand but Yuuu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Yuuu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Yuuu closes the distance and pushes Patterson back into the cage.

Yuuu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Patterson takes a swing at Yuuu's ribcage but misses.

Yuuu closes the distance and clinches.
Patterson tries to pull guard but Yuuu holds him up against the cage and eventually Patterson drops back down to his feet.

Yuuu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Patterson avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Yuuu counters with a big head kick but Patterson shrugs it off.

Patterson is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yuuu feints a jab and as Patterson dips his head, Yuuu unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Patterson right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Patterson falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Yuuu smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
