Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harrison Pereira (ranked 5175 p4p, 25014 weight class) and Mike Montana (ranked 457 p4p, 512 weight class). The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montana tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pereira sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Montana somewhat.

Montana shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pereira sprawls well. Pereira wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Montana gets slowly back to his feet.

A nice leg kick from Pereira, right into the meat of the thigh.

Montana ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Montana no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
