The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Locc Jr forces Johnson back against the cage and clinches.
Johnson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Locc Jr gets underhooks to prevent Johnson's takedown attempt.

Johnson drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Locc Jr prevents Johnson from getting back to his feet.

Johnson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Locc Jr is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Johnson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Locc Jr's back instead.
Johnson has the hooks in. Locc Jr is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Locc Jr rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Locc Jr is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Johnson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Johnson's back!

Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Locc Jr can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Locc Jr's guard.

Johnson working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Locc Jr turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Johnson off and cradles Locc Jr's limp body as Johnson celebrates with his corner.
