Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santian Sultan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ivin drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that ivin drago was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sultan gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Santian Sultan has been cut.
Sultan tries to close the distance and clinch up but drago swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as drago takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Sultan is trying to maintain a safe position but drago gets an underhook and turns Sultan into the cage.
drago is trying to trip Sultan. He has hold of a leg but Sultan is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. drago persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
drago wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

drago is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

drago pulls Sultan in close to his closed guard and prevents Sultan from doing any damage or advancing position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sultan wants to stand but drago is controlling his posture from full guard.
drago is trying to hold Sultan in close to prevent damage but Sultan has managed to pass into half guard.

and drago counters with a shoot takedown. Sultan fights it but they end up in guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Sultan wants to clinch
and drago counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sultan won't be happy with that.
drago tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Sultan is not content to let drago control the position.
You can see the frustration on Sultan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
drago is working for a kimura here but Sultan manages to reverse the position and he's now in drago's guard.
drago takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Sultan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of drago is proving hard to escape from.
Sultan won't allow drago to get back to his feet.

drago has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Sultan has passed into side control.

Sultan is looking to take a break and control but drago is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
drago bucks up and tries to throw Sultan off but instead Sultan has got his back!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sultan is trying to stick to drago's back but drago is turning into Sultan. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Sultan's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by drago.
Sultan is looking to stand up but drago isn't so interested in that idea.
drago decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

and drago counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sultan!
And that's the end of the fight!
ivin drago comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well drago has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
