The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossi tries to clinch but Smorth moves out of range.

Rossi gets a takedown into half guard.
Smorth pushes Rossi off but Rossi dives into side control.
Smorth really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rossi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rossi grinds an elbow into Smorth's temple.
Rossi slows the pace down.

Rossi working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Smorth is wriggling around trying to escape but Rossi has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Smorth taps out and Rossi picks up the big win! Great work there by Rossi!
