The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cheeser clinches up with Meyers and pushes him back against the cage.
Cheeser gets through Meyers's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Cheeser lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Meyers can't break the clinch.
Cheeser tries to throw a body punch but Meyers avoids it by throwing Cheeser back against the cage.
Meyers blocks the elbow strike.
Cheeser prevents Meyers from breaking the clinch.
Cheeser tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Meyers blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Meyers wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cheeser has him pressed against the cage.
Meyers wants to get back to striking at distance but Cheeser won't allow it.
Cheeser misses with the head strike.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Meyers.
Cheeser swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cheeser misses with a punch to the body.
Meyers tries to circle away but Cheeser has him pinned against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cheeser lands a nice uppercut.
Cheeser scores with a shoulder strike.
Cheeser lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Meyers backwards.

Cheeser keeps control of Meyers as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cheeser creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Cheeser throws a big uppercut that drops Meyers! More strikes from Cheeser and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Meyers lies dazed against the cage as Cheeser celebrates with his cornermen!
