Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jardani Jovonovich!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miami throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
No luck for Jovonovich with that takedown attempt.
Miami lands with an overhand left.
Miami displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jovonovich.
Jovonovich looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Miami is looking to clinch but Jovonovich is avoiding it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Miami counters with a single leg into guard. Jovonovich didn't expect that.
Jovonovich controls Miami momentarily but Miami frees himself.
Jovonovich is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Miami shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jovonovich but Jovonovich pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Miami tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jovonovich paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Miami might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Miami throws an elbow that misses. Jovonovich uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Miami's guard. Nice move by Jovonovich!
Jovonovich slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Miami on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Miami tries to get out of the position.

Jovonovich works to advance to full mount. Miami defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

and Miami counters with a three punch combo that has Jovonovich backing up. Jovonovich nods at Miami to acknowledge the strikes.
Jovonovich shoots in but Miami avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jovonovich tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Miami manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Miami has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jovonovich is on top in guard.
Jovonovich wants to control from the top but Miami keeps moving.
Miami has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Jovonovich has passed into side control.
A lull in the action here as Jovonovich stalls from top position.
Miami is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Miami wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Jovonovich has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Miami's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Miami is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Jovonovich!
