Olsen comes into the arena with Tubthumping by Chumbawamba blaring out of the sound system. Derrick Thomas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olsen throws a leg kick but Thomas moved away.
Thomas throws a body kick that misses.
Olsen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at House of 1000 Corpses in the buildup to the fight.
Thomas throws a big shot that misses.
Olsen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Derrick Thomas has been cut.
Thomas swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Thomas lands a jab to Olsen's midsection.
Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Thomas throws a right hand that Olsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Olsen also avoids with ease.

Olsen lands a nice shot that snaps Thomas 's head back.
Olsen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Olsen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thomas s jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Thomas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Olsen was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Olsen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Thomas .
It appears Olsen was looking to counter with a kick there.

Thomas clinches up with Olsen and pushes him back against the cage.
Olsen breaks the clinch.
Thomas throws a body punch but Olsen moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Olsen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Olsen throws a low kick but it's checked well by Thomas .
Thomas throws out a counter right but Olsen avoids it with no problem.
Both fighters circling a little - Olsen finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Thomas looks winded!
Olsen connects with the punch.
Olsen sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Thomas 's defenses. It connects perfectly with Thomas 's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
