Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelyanenko (ranked 25067 p4p, 5828 weight class) and Debt Metal (ranked 517 p4p, 495 weight class). Fedor Emelyanenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor Emelyanenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Debt Metal!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metal throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Emelyanenko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A slow jab from Emelyanenko misses its intended target.
Metal uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Emelyanenko looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fedor Emelyanenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Metal feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Emelyanenkos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

A quick step to the side and Emelyanenko tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Metal looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Emelyanenko with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Metal, as that shot connected.

Emelyanenko looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Metal stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Emelyanenko swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Emelyanenko tries to escape but Metal is in control.
Debt Metal is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Debt Metal comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Metal has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
