The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke catches Ivanovski with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Duke misses with a body kick.
Duke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Duke sizes up Ivanovski with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Dimitr Ivanovski has been cut.
Duke lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Duke.
Ivanovski avoids the head kick by Duke.
Ivanovski appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Duke goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ivanovski half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Duke misses with a low kick as Ivanovski jumps back.
A little feinted left hand from Ivanovski on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

and Ivanovski counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Ivanovski drops back looking for a leg! Duke is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Duke manages to kick Ivanovski off! Ivanovski jumps back into Duke's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ivanovski cracks Duke with a solid left hand.

Ivanovski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Ivanovski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ivanovski stands and throws Duke's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ivanovski scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Duke to see if he's OK.

Ivanovski has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Duke is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Ivanovski yanks on the arm and Duke is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Ivanovski.
