The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doumfris on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Velez connects with a single shot there.

Velez drops Doumfris with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Doumfris looks back up at him and smiles so Velez waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Doumfris is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Velez throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Doumfris is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
