PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sami Ahola (ranked 4117 p4p, 2701 weight class) and Louis TJ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). TJ comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 7 Nation Army kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TJ cracks a nice hook into Ahola's ribs.
Ahola definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ahola moves out of range of the body kick from TJ.
A slow jab from Ahola misses its intended target.

It looks like Sami Ahola has been cut.

TJ closes the distance and pushes Ahola back into the cage.
TJ tries to score a body lock takedown but Ahola shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Ahola pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
TJ pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ahola avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A lazy left from TJ finds it's target.
TJ misses with a hook. Ahola ducked under it nicely.

Ahola closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ahola looks to throw the jab but TJ is out of range.

TJ feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

In his post fight interview, Louis TJ started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
