Babcock comes to the cage accompanied by 70. Jeffrey Tucker will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jeffrey Tucker!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babcock throws a nice looking combination but Tucker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tucker looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Babcock throws a combination that misses
and Babcock takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Jesse Thomas Babcock has been cut.
Babcock tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tucker was well out of range. Poor timing from Babcock.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tucker! But no joy.
Babcock connects with a right hand. Tucker shakes it off.
Tucker keeps the fight on the outside.
Tucker is looking for the big counter here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tucker cracks Babcock on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Babcock falls backwards against the cage. Tucker follows up with more strikes that drop Babcock to his knees. Tucker keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Babcock! This one is all over!
