Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eja Igwe (ranked 3731 p4p, 3361 weight class) and Vincent Duboulay (ranked 255 p4p, 231 weight class). Duboulay comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Fire kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Eja Igwe has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eja Igwe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vincent Duboulay!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Igwe ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Duboulay will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Igwe's corner calls for a 1-2. Igwe obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Duboulay looks for a takedown but Igwe sprawls well.
Duboulay decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Igwe pushes Duboulay off but Duboulay dives into side control.
Duboulay wants to control but Igwe is keeping him busy.
Igwe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Igwe is looking for a sweep.
Igwe can't do much from the bottom here.
Duboulay thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Duboulay has an Americana. Igwe didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Duboulay is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Duboulay hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
