Lopes has chosen Por Mi Mexico Remix as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopes gets a clinch.
Calderon breaks from the clinch.
Lopes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lopes doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A punch combination from Lopes misses.
It looked like Calderon wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Calderon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Diego Lopes has been cut.
Lopes throws a jab but it's blocked by Calderon.
Calderon scores with a hook.
BOOM! Calderon lands a beautiful left hook that drops Lopes. Lopes tries to recover but Calderon is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Lopes lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
