Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane Boran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaycee Horn!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boran closes the distance and pushes Horn back into the cage.
Horn throws a head punch that misses.
Horn lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Horn lands with a left to the head.
Horn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Boran is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Horn pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Still in the clinch, Horn scores with a nice short uppercut.
Horn presses Boran against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

I was talking to Boran's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Horn makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Horn has a couple of punches blocked by Boran.
Boran has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Horn avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boran is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Horn is defending well for now.

Boran on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Boran tries to get out of the position.

Boran pulls Horn in close to prevent any damage.
Boran bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Horn's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Horn is on top in guard.

Boran has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Horn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Boran wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Horn is now in half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Boran is looking to stand up but Horn isn't so interested in that idea.

Horn is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Horn leaves Boran with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A punch lands to the side of Boran 's head but he takes it in his stride.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Horn clobbers Boran with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Horn changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Horn moves out of range of the body kick from Boran.

Boran gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Horn.
Horn digs a good hook to Boran's body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Horn.
Horn wants to clinch up but Boran keeps it at a distance.
Boran half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Boran throws a body punch but Horn moves out of range.

Still in the clinch, Horn scores with a nice short uppercut.

Jaycee Horn seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Horn lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Boran backwards.

Horn lands a left and a right that send Boran crashing to the mat, dazed. Horn thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Horn drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Boran right on the button. Boran goes down! Horn follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Horn gets the win via TKO!
