And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sergey Bakarow!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bakarow swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sergey Bakarow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good leg kick by Liee.
Bakarow fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Liee.
Bakarow fails with the takedown
and Liee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bakarow ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Bakarow closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Liee creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Liee throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bakarow blocks it with crossed arms.
Bakarow tries to pull guard but Liee won't allow it.
Liee lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bakarow.
Liee prevents Bakarow from breaking the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bakarow changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Liee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Brusse Liee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergey Bakarow.
Bakarow throws a sloppy head kick
and Liee counters with a crisp right that sends Bakarow to the canvas! Liee follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
