Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sim Hwan (ranked 2910 p4p, 2258 weight class) and Jackson Pollock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hwan comes to the cage accompanied by The Chant of Metta (Pali). Pollock is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Free Jazz. Hwan has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Jackson Pollock has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sim Hwan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jackson Pollock!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Pollock as he connects with a hook.
Hwan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pollock has closed the distance and engaged Hwan in a clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Pollock.
Hwan is breathing heavily.
Pollock pushes Hwan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Pollock lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Oh Hwan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pollock gets through Hwan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pollock creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Hwan with a big uppercut! Hwan tries to clinch up but Pollock pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Hwan to the mat! Hwan covers up and Pollock unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jackson Pollock!
