Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Legend displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Okada throws out the jab.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Legend is trying to push Okada away but Okada has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Okada gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Legend regains guard.
We've been informed that Okada has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

A frustrated look appears on Legend's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Legend jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Okada walks away with a smile on his face. Legend gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Okada tries to close the distance and clinch but Legend swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Okada.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Okada gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Kazuchika Okada is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sagandi Legend.
Well Okada has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
