Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalidov scores with a takedown into Kongo's guard.
Kongo is pulling down on Khalidov's head to control his posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kongo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Khalidov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khalidov trying to control but Kongo is working from the bottom.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kongo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Khalidov throws a big right hand that misses.
Khalidov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Khalidov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Kongo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Khalidov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Kongo pulls down on the head and he's put Khalidov to sleep! This one is all over!
