The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macomb fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

No joy there for Pepper, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Macomb clinches up with Pepper and pushes him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Pepper's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Pepper tries to circle away but Macomb has him pinned against the cage.
