Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Short (ranked 622 p4p, 247 weight class) and Khalil Burnett (ranked 31 p4p, 13 weight class). Short comes to the cage accompanied by Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jerry Short!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khalil Burnett!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Short gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Jerry Short has been cut.
Short looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Short sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Burnett defending well though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Short controlling the action here.
Short trying to control from Burnett's half guard. Burnett has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burnett keeping moving, preventing Short from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burnett pulls Short in close to prevent any damage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Burnett works Short's body with a nice hook.
Burnett lands with a right hand.
Burnett connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Short momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Short is aggressively charging in as Burnett backs up avoiding any damage. Burnett tosses out a jab and Short runs right into it face first! Short is out cold! Burnett dropped down on all fours and is barking in Short's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Khalil Burnett!
