Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abelardo De Leon (ranked 162 p4p, 664 weight class) and Robby Cloud (ranked 25 p4p, 82 weight class). De Leon comes to the cage accompanied by Mercenary - F.O.O.L. & Power Glove. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Leon throws a big shot that misses.
Cloud's jab looks to have found its range, popping De Leon under the eye.

It looks like Abelardo De Leon has been cut.
Cloud throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cloud ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Leon moves away.
Cloud's coach down at Temple of Fitness was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Cloud's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cloud throws a shot from downtown. De Leon moves away and avoids it.
De Leon just misses with a punch to the body.
De Leon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
De Leon looks to throw the jab but Cloud is out of range.
Cloud throws an uppercut from half a mile away. De Leon sees it coming and avoids it easily.

De Leon tried to counter with a leg kick but Cloud avoided it.

De Leon was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Robby Cloud seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cloud on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Cloud swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cloud avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cloud! But no joy.

Cloud throws a hook to the side of De Leon's head but De Leon sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and De Leon counters with a nice leg kick.
Cloud fails to land with a series of punches.
A combination from Cloud does no damage.
De Leon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cloud.
And De Leon counters with a quick kick to the body but Cloud blocks it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It seemed like Cloud was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Cloud takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

And De Leon counters with a quick kick to the body but Cloud blocks it.
A decent looking cross lands there for De Leon.
Cloud is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Cloud throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cloud scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
De Leon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cloud.
De Leon jabbing away but nothing is landing.
De Leon tries to land a front kick but Cloud steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Cloud tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
