With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Odda Nabonaga!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Nabonaga.

Nabonaga shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Nabonaga lands a really nice looking cross but Allen seems unphased.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Nabonaga sizes up Allen with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Allen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Allen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nabonaga connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Allen's hands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Nabonaga lands a lovely overhand right.
Allen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nabonaga throws a looping overhand right but Allen ducks down to avoid it.
Nabonaga cracks Allen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Allen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Nabonaga finish him?

Nabonaga wants to stand and escape but instead Allen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nabonaga wants to sweep here but Allen controlling him for the moment.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Nabonaga has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Allen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nabonaga sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Allen somewhat.
Allen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nabonaga but Nabonaga pushes him off and we're back to square one.
