Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lou Valentine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nova Lankinen!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lankinen.

Valentine drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lankinen manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Valentine has Lankinen in his guard.

Lankinen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Valentine has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lankinen has managed to get both his arms back between Valentine's legs - danger averted.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Valentine is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lankinen is just riding it out for now. Valentine eventually gives up the hold.

Lankinen has the hooks in. Valentine is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

I really don't envy Valentine right now.
Valentine is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Hare of the Dog Gym, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
