Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jaromir Jag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Bo Jackson enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jaromir Jag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bo Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jag stuffs the takedown attempt from Jackson. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.
Jag tries to clinch up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jag looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jag gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Jag drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Jackson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jag gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Jag lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Jag wants to clinch up but Jackson keeps it at a distance.
Jaromir Jag seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jag tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches.

Jag tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jackson smiles and moves away.

Jackson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jag avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Jackson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Jackson jumps into guard, dragging Jag to the mat.
Jag wanted to stand there but Jackson had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jag decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Jag wants to clinch but Jackson slips to the side

and Jackson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Jackson prevents Jag from getting back to his feet.
Jag is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jag is trying to control the position but Jackson postures up.
Jag is breathing heavily.

Jackson cracks Jag with a solid left hand.
Jag wants to stand and escape but Jackson is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jackson shoots in for a double leg but Jag sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jackson feints and as Jag raises his hands in defense, Jackson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jag looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jackson is one step ahead there.
Jag wants to get back to his feet but Jackson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Jackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Jag wants to stand but Jackson is controlling the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jag can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jackson controls the pace.
Jackson wants to control from the top but Jag keeps moving.
Jackson stays in close to Jag's body and controls the position.

Jag has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Jackson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Jag looks to clinch

and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown. Jag fights it but they end up in guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jag is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jag trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Jag throws a series of punches but Jackson avoids them all with ease.
Jag keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jackson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Bo Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Jag jumps guard but Jackson stands there with Jag around his waist. Jag gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jag wants to clinch

and Jackson counters by moving into the clinch.
Jackson blocks a body shot from Jag.
Jag tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Jackson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jag fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Jag wants to stand but Jackson is controlling the position.

Bo Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Jackson has Jag pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Jackson pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Jag tumbling to the mat - Jackson dives into Jag's guard.
Jag controls Jackson momentarily but Jackson frees himself.
Jag is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jackson is controlling him.

Jag manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Jackson misses with a takedown attempt - Jag sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jag scores with a head kick.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jag tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.

Jag moves into range and clinches up with Jackson.

Jackson wants the takedown. Jag is fighting it off but Jackson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Jag's guard against the cage.

Jag is trying to escape back to his feet but Jackson uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Jag tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Jackson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jag takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Jackson trying to control the action but Jag is working from the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jag pushes Jackson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jackson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Bo Jackson has got the better of the ground game so far.
Jag tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Jag controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Jaromir Jag has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jag is trying to break free.
Bo Jackson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Jag is trying to stand back up.

Bo Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Jackson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
