The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pridmore fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Guerreiro tries to clinch but Pridmore moves out of range.

Pridmore tries to bum rush Guerreiro with a series of wild strikes but Guerreiro uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Guerreiro scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Guerreiro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pridmore's waist but Pridmore gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guerreiro off to one side.

Guerreiro has hold of Pridmore's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Pridmore manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Guerreiro has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Pridmore has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Gum Guerreiro is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well Guerreiro has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
