The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Covington doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tumminen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tumminen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Covington moves into the clinch.
Tumminen misses with the head strike.

Tumminen manages to break the clinch.
Covington takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Covington rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tumminen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Covington is defended easily by Tumminen.
A little feinted left hand from Tumminen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Tumminen drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Covington right on the button. Covington goes down! Tumminen follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Tumminen gets the win via TKO!
