Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joel Osmond (ranked 1593 p4p, 2759 weight class) and Cactus Jack (ranked 197 p4p, 332 weight class). Cactus Jack acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Cactus Jack!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osmond slaps away a takedown attempt from Jack, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Osmond looks to land a left hand but Jack moved out of range nicely.
Cactus Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Osmond misses with a double jab.

Jack has Osmond up against the cage in a clinch.
Jack tries to score a body lock takedown but Osmond shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Osmond lands a nice shot to the body.
Nice body punch from Osmond - that landed with a thud.
Jack is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Osmond pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Joel Osmond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cactus Jack.
Jack is looking to take this one to the mat.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Osmond creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jack has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Osmond is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Jack throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Osmond tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jack is in Osmond's guard.

Jack drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Osmond dives on top into guard.

Jack is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Our spies down at at London MMA Club inform us that Jack has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Jack has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Osmond can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Osmond stands up over Jack, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Osmond is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

We've been hearing that Osmond has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Jack is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Osmond stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jack swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jack wants to get back to his feet but Osmond is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jack has a takedown stuffed.
No joy there for Jack, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Osmond throws a series of punches but Jack moves out of range.
Jack displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Osmond throws out the jab.
Jack misses with a wild combination.
Jack fails with a takedown attempt.
Osmond keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Osmond manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Osmond's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jack under the eye.
Osmond ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jack moves away.
Osmond loads up on a big right hand but Jack slips the punch.

That's five minutes gone in the round.
Osmond lands an overhand right.
Osmond bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jack tries to clinch there but Osmond circles away.

Osmond cracks Jack with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jack looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Osmond finish him?

Jack is rocked!
Jack tries to get into range but Osmond steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Jack! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Osmond scores the big KO victory!
