Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Dubois (ranked 4127 p4p, 4104 weight class) and Standen Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looked like Dubois was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Bang chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dubois can pounce on him.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dubois lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

and Dubois counters with a stiff right hand.

As Bang looks to move away, Dubois throws a big counter combo but Bang just gets out of the way.

Dubois shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bang's guard.
Bang wants to stand and escape but Dubois is having none of it.

Bang wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Dubois's hips, looking to push off. But Dubois grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Bang screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
