Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam MacIntyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Anthony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacIntyre comes to the cage accompanied by Forever, by Throwdown. Anthony has chosen lts Good To Be Free as his entrance music. Adam MacIntyre has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacIntyre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Anthony's waist but Anthony gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing MacIntyre off to one side.
Anthony keeps the fight on the outside.
A nice leg kick lands there from Anthony.

Excellent takedown into side control there by MacIntyre.
MacIntyre controls the position.
Anthony is looking for a sweep.
You can see the frustration on Anthony's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Anthony is trying to improve his position.
MacIntyre tries to move to full mount but Anthony actually manages to regain half guard.
Anthony is controlling MacIntyre's trapped leg to prevent MacIntyre from advancing to side control.
MacIntyre looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Anthony with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Anthony is looking for a sweep. MacIntyre is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

MacIntyre takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

MacIntyre seems to be working for a kimura but Anthony defends the submission attempt.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. MacIntyre connects with a nice short shot to Anthony's temple.

Anthony wants to control but MacIntyre is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Anthony gets back to full guard.
MacIntyre with a flurry of punches that miss.

Anthony looking for a guillotine here but MacIntyre defends easily.
Anthony looks gassed!

Anthony has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but MacIntyre can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
MacIntyre is in close to Anthony's body, working some short punches and elbows.

MacIntyre is pushing down on Anthony's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anthony is fighting to maintain full guard but MacIntyre has managed to sneak the leg through.
MacIntyre is taking a breather. Anthony says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
MacIntyre's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Anthony flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
MacIntyre winds up and cracks Anthony with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Anthony is trying to control but can't.

MacIntyre is nestled in close to Anthony, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Anthony is trying to maintain the position but MacIntyre is very close to passing his half guard.

MacIntyre is trying for a kimura here. Anthony looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! MacIntyre wins by kimura!
