The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Booth lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Canhotinho circles away quickly and effectively.
Canhotinho is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Booth misses with a two punch combination.
Canhotinho shoots for a double leg takedown but Booth sprawls well. He's pushed Canhotinho's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Booth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Canhotinho was well out of range. Poor timing from Booth.
Canhotinho walks into a stiff left hand from Booth.
It looks like Josenildo Canhotinho has been cut.
Canhotinho shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Booth but Booth pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Andy Booth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Booth throws a series of punches but Canhotinho avoids them all with ease.
Booth feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Canhotinho crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
