Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Richard Doherty!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragno throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Doherty counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Yossi Ragno has been cut.
Doherty displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ragno throws out the jab.
Ragno moves away from the strike by Doherty.
Doherty keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ragno.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Doherty! But no joy.
Ragno takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Doherty bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ragno's head backwards.
Doherty ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Doherty with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Doherty lands with a hook. Ragno tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Ragno takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Doherty scores with a nice strike.
Doherty lands with a shot to the body.
Ragno is breathing heavily.
Doherty throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ragno rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Doherty makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ragno throws a hook to the side of Doherty's head but Doherty sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Doherty! But no joy.
Ragno swings widly with a right hand
and Doherty counters with a right hand to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Doherty cracks Ragno with a hook to the temple - Ragno is on wobbly legs here! Doherty swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Ragno falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Doherty wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Richard Doherty!
