Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Green!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Blight Brothers!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brothers circles away quickly and effectively.
Brothers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Green counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Green.
We've been hearing reports that Green has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Green stalls.
Brothers jumps guard but Green stands there with Brothers around his waist. Brothers gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Brothers has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Green after a bit of a struggle.
