Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jaxx Jackson (ranked 25377 p4p, 4049 weight class) and Benny Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 270 weight class). Jaxx Jackson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Benny Bravo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jaxx Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benny Bravo!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Reed Andrews and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson forces Bravo back against the cage and clinches.
Jackson wants a takedown but no success here.
Bravo looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Jackson tries for a takedown but Bravo manages to get underhooks.
Jackson tries to pull guard but Bravo forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jaxx Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jackson digs a right hand underneath Bravo's ribcage. Bravo let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bravo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jackson walks away with a smile on his face. Bravo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Bravo drives through with a takedown into Jackson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Bravo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jackson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bravo controls the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson wants to sweep here but Bravo controlling him for the moment.
Jackson has a closed guard, preventing Bravo from standing up.

Bravo is stalling in the full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Bravo pushing down on Jackson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bravo is keen to just control but Jackson is a slippery customer.
Bravo missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Bravo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bravo throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Bravo controlling the action here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bravo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bravo off to one side.

Bravo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jackson's guard.
Jackson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Bravo manages to pass to side control.

Bravo is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Bravo is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bravo on the ground.

Bravo is trying for a kimura here. Jackson looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bravo wins by kimura!
