Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jakobe Dixon (ranked 4012 p4p, 4011 weight class) and Artur Gaziev (ranked 209 p4p, 266 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gaziev drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Dixon is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gaziev stays in close to Dixon's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gaziev looks winded!

Dixon is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Gaziev has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Dixon has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Gaziev taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Dixon doesn't care though - he's delighted!
