Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Raven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Noonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ian Noonan!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Raven.
Noonan throws a right and a left that Raven avoids nicely.
Oooh a lovely combination from Noonan sends Raven down but not out. Noonan dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like Jack Raven has been cut.
Raven is trying to control Noonan's posture but Noonan avoids it.
Raven is trying to improve his position.
Noonan landing strikes.
Raven is looking to reverse the position.
Raven manages to get back to half guard.
Noonan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Raven with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Noonan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Noonan slips a nice elbow through Raven's hands, connecting with Raven's forehead.
Raven is looking for a sweep. Noonan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Noonan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Raven keeps working.
Noonan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Noonan is looking to advance position but Raven won't allow it.
Raven could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Noonan looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Raven is rocked!
Noonan content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Raven has hold of Noonan's hands but Noonan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Noonan scores with a big shot! Raven's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Raven! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
