The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Zayn Azi has been cut.
Gavin lands a slapping body shot.
Gavin is looking to slow Azi down with leg kicks.
Azi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Gavin throws a quick inside leg kick.
Gavin cracks Azi with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Gavin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gavin lands with a kick to the ribs.
Azi throws a combination that misses
and Azi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Gavin throws a shot to the body.
Gavin tests Azi's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gavin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Azi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gavin moves away.
Azi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Gavin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Azi, pushing him back against the cage.
Gavin working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Gavin lands with a short shot to the head.
Gavin throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Azi is rocked!
Gavin on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Azi is still on wobbly legs! Can Gavin finish him?
Gavin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Gavin lands a right hand that snaps the head of Azi backwards.

Gavin lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Azi to his knees! Gavin keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
