Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yuichiro Nagashima (ranked 3597 p4p, 5403 weight class) and Attilla Jeffery (ranked 261 p4p, 344 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeffery getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Jeffery throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jeffery looks to land a right hand but Nagashima moved out of range.
Jeffery misses with a series of wild punches.
Nagashima is looking to counter the offense by Jeffery and move into the clinch.

Nagashima definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jeffery throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Nagashima clinches up with Jeffery and pushes him back against the cage.

Jeffery is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A frustrated look appears on Jeffery's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Jeffery tries to circle away but Nagashima has him pinned against the cage.

Nagashima makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Oh but Nagashima is tightening it up a little... Jeffery has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jeffery reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jeffery taps out! Nice BJJ there by Nagashima!
