Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hyde Vamp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shinya Imanari!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imanari fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Vamp. No joy for Imanari on that attempt.
Vamp fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Imanari looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Imanari dodges the punch combination from Vamp.
Imanari takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Shinya Imanari has been cut.

Vamp darts in and clinches Imanari up against the cage.
Imanari jumps guard but Vamp stands there with Imanari around his waist. Imanari gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hyde Vamp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shinya Imanari.

Imanari drives through with a takedown into guard.
Imanari is stalling in the full guard.

Imanari trying to control the position from guard on top but Vamp is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Imanari stops Vamp from standing up.
Vamp could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Vamp can't keep his opponent in guard - Imanari advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Imanari tries to pass the half guard into mount. Vamp knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Vamp is controlling Imanari's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Imanari stops Vamp from getting back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Imanari is trying for a kimura here. Vamp looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Imanari wins by kimura!
