And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 48 wins and 59 losses; Anthony Lavicci!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Lavicci shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lavicci was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kersikov is looking for a choke. Lavicci gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Lavicci manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.

Kersikov seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Lavicci stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kersikov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
