Biden comes to the cage accompanied by Side to Side. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Valentine has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Joe Biden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Biden lands a big uppercut and Valentine crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Valentine looks OK. Biden waves Valentine back to his feet!

Valentine throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Biden cracks Valentine on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Valentine falls backwards against the cage. Biden follows up with more strikes that drop Valentine to his knees. Biden keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Valentine! This one is all over!
