The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allison shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fowler sprawls well. Fowler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Allison gets slowly back to his feet.
Allison throws a series of punches but Fowler avoids them all with ease.
Allison tries to clinch but Fowler moves away

and Fowler counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Allison is looking to stand back up but Fowler counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Allison.

Allison is trying to control Fowler's posture. Fowler takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Allison! Fowler is rotating here... this could be the end... Allison is out! Fowler has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
