Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Kenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chollo Henriques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henriques has chosen Pegasus Fantasy (Brasil) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Patrick Kenzie has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henriques looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kenzie throws a series of punches but Henriques moves out of range.
Henriques throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kenzie's waist but Kenzie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Henriques off to one side.
Kenzie throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Chollo Henriques has been cut.
Henriques shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kenzie as he avoids it easily.
Patrick Kenzie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chollo Henriques.
Henriques shoots in but no luck this time.
Henriques will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Henriques drops his hands momentarily and Kenzie takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Henriques is trying desperately to land a takedown but Kenzie is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Henriques.
Henriques shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kenzie as he avoids it easily.
Kenzie scores with a jab. Henriques acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

That has opened up Chollo Henriques's cut even more.
Kenzie is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Henriques takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Kenzie connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Henriques momentarily.

Henriques moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Henriques tries to move into range but Kenzie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Kenzie fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Henriques on the side of the head.
Kenzie lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Henriques shoots in but Kenzie avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kenzie looks to land a combination. Henriques sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kenzie throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Henriques on the side of the head.

Henriques fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kenzie is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Henriques takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Chollo Henriques's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Henriques shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Henriques on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kenzie lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Kenzie connects with a good right hand that stumbles Henriques. Henriques circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Henriques doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Patrick Kenzie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
