Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dezzi Island (ranked 3599 p4p, 3355 weight class) and Galen Fisherman (ranked 420 p4p, 394 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Dezzi Island has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dezzi Island seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Island misses with a looping right.
Fisherman tests Island's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fisherman fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Island on the side of the head.
A big left from Island misses.
A little jabbing left from Fisherman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Island throws an off balance right hand
and Fisherman counters with a stiff right hand.
The fighters circling - Island throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fisherman throws a big shot that misses.
Fisherman misses with a lunging right hand
and Island counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Island has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Island throws an overhand right that lands on Fisherman's shoulder, as Fisherman tries to avoid the shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fisherman looks to land a left hand but Island moved out of range nicely.
Fisherman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fisherman moves out of range of the strikes.
Fisherman ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Island takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Island gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Fisherman.
Fisherman misses with a hook.
A little feinted left hand from Island on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Fisherman thuds a left hand into Island's body.
Island moves out of range as Fisherman strikes.
Island throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Fisherman lands a big uppercut and Island crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Island looks OK. Fisherman waves Island back to his feet!

It looks like Dezzi Island has been cut.
Fisherman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Island looks to land a left hand but Fisherman moved out of range nicely.
Oh Island is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fisherman lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
